The 100 Women of Virtue Organization announces its upcoming Lady’s First Women’s Empowerment Conference & Awards on Saturday, April 29th. The event aims to celebrate women of color and equip women with the necessary tools to build capacity for the four key areas of their lives: themselves, their businesses, their families and their community.
The summit will introduce attendees to the groundbreaking work of the Strategic Empowerment Wheel (SEW), which offers a comprehensive approach to personal and community development. Female industry leaders will be featured as keynote speakers aiming to provide insights and inspiration to attendees. This year’s theme, “Your Time to Bloom” highlights women community leaders in Business, Community and Ministry. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops and network with like-minded individuals.
The Conference will host honorees: Judy Jackson (President, Coast to Coast Healthcare), Yolanda Cash Jackson (Esq, Becker Lawyers), Mildred Murphy (CEO,Noontide), Tanya Wilson (Author/Public Speaker, Mangotree Craft), and Lady Cecilia Cooper (Marketing Executive).
With the organization’s goal and commitment to celebrate the achievements of women of color, the conference will additionally kick off an awards ceremony honoring the women who have made significant contributions to their respective fields and communities.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
- 10:30am: Red Carpet
- 12:00 pm: Conference Brunch + Awards
- 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm: Panels, Fireside Chats, Masterclasses, & Workshops
